Shipping Policy

Order Processing
All ACOOG merchandise is made to order through our print-on-demand partner. Please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships. During high-demand periods (e.g. conference season), processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Costs & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and delivery address. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated delivery times after processing:
- Domestic (U.S.): 3–5 business days
- International: 7–20 business days, depending on destination and customs processing

These are estimates provided by our shipping carriers and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes assessed by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are collected by the carrier or customs office upon delivery.

Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 10 business days of ordering, please contact us at cme@acoog.org.

Lost, Damaged, or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, or if a package is confirmed lost in transit, please contact us at cme@acoog.org within 14 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) so we can make it right at no additional cost to you.

Return Shipping
For all other returns (e.g. wrong size ordered, change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please see our Return and Refund Policy for full details on eligibility and how to start a return.
